Boise Magazine Inside Front Cover

What do you think?  I would appreciate getting some feedback on this. . . . . . beginning with the May issue I have purchased the inside front cover of the Boise Magazine for a year.

Here is my business hunch.  With so many Realtors quitting the business right now, my guess is that there will be a lot of “unattached” potential clients.

We will see. I spent several thousand dollars advertising on Realtor.com a couple of years ago and it turned out to be a bust! :o(

Jere, I don’t know anything about the “stats” for the Boise Magazine. In order to make a decision about advertising in ANY media, I would have to know a number of factors. I would want information about Boise Magazine’s competition. I’ll try to pick up a copy in the next few days and look at it. I need to know circulation, circulation method, advertising rates, client success, etc., etc. I’m not sure that I would sign a 1 year contract without testing the response rate for 1-3 months. I would be glad to discuss this anytime you have some time. There are some tricks to be aware of that “print media” can pull that will make your phone ring without seeing great results.
I believe your hunch is correct about the fact that there will be, and is, a lot of “unattached Real Estate clients”. They will be looking for a dependable Realtor that they can trust with their real estate business.
